Not all things are going bad in this crappy economy, and depending on your industry things could be going better than ever. My buddy Jay is heavy into real estate but not the kind you might be thinking of.. he’s becoming quite the “trump” in building and flipping websites. The cool thing about Jay is he’s self taught and just grinds out daily soaking up as much information as he can.
